MINIMUM TECHNICAL QUALIFICATIONS
Must have successfully delivered at least one (1) BI&DW system with AI capabilities.
Must have at least ten (10) years of experience identifying BI use cases and creating Return on Investment (ROI) analyses, risk analysis, prioritization matrix, and implementation roadmaps.
Must have at least five (5) years of experience developing Data Governance framework, policies, standards, and the implementation plans.
The Respondent s team must have at least three (3) years of experience of designing & implementing AI or ML use cases.
Desirable Qualifications
- Experience providing consulting services to State and/or Federal agencies in the USA.
- Holding certifications in the areas of cloud architecture, GenAI or GenBI. Client reserves the right to ask for copies of the certifications.
- Experience managing IT projects using industry standards and best practices such as Project Management Institute (PMI) Project Management Book of Knowledge (PMBOK) and Scaled Agile Framework.
- The proposed project person will be able to adhere to the hybrid working model by working on-site 2 to 3 business days per week at West Sacramento, CA.
