Key Responsibilities
Cloud Architecture & Azure
- Design and implement scalable, secure, and resilient cloud solutions on Microsoft Azure.
- Define Azure governance, security best practices, and compliance standards.
- Lead cloud migration initiatives, ensuring minimal disruption and optimal performance.
- Optimize cost, performance, and resource allocation in Azure environments.
- Develop Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions using Terraform, ARM Templates, or Bicep.
Integrations & Automation
- Architect and implement integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems.
- Utilize API management tools
ServiceNow & ITSM
- Oversee ServiceNow platform architecture, including CMDB, ITSM, ITOM, and CSM modules.
- Design workflow automation and orchestration within ServiceNow.
- Enhance ServiceNow capabilities by integrating AI, chatbots, and predictive analytics.
- Ensure alignment with ITIL best practices and enterprise-wide IT governance policies.
Required Skills & Experience
- 5 years of experience in cloud architecture with a focus on Azure.
- Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes, AKS).
- Strong expertise in API development, integration patterns, and automation workflows.
- Proficiency in ServiceNow development, scripting (JavaScript, Glide API), and configuration.
- Experience with identity and access management (Azure AD, RBAC, PIM, Conditional Access).
- Knowledge of networking principles (VNETs, ExpressRoute, VPNs, Load Balancers).
- Strong understanding of security frameworks (Zero Trust, NIST, ISO 27001, SOC 2).
- Experience with scripting languages like PowerShell, Python, or Bash.
Preferred Qualifications
- Azure Solutions Architect Expert (AZ-305) or other relevant Azure certifications.
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS).
- Experience with enterprise ITSM, ITOM, and CMDB best practices.
- Background in cloud-native application development.
