Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:
Project Leadership:
- Lead and manage the full project lifecycle, from planning to execution and delivery.
- Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Break down complex technical projects into manageable tasks, assign responsibilities, and track progress.
Technical Management:
- Provide technical guidance and ensure that the development team adheres to best practices and technical standards.
- Be hands-on with the team, actively participating in the design, coding, and troubleshooting efforts when necessary.
- Assess technical risks and issues, providing timely solutions and escalations when needed.
Team Collaboration:
- Collaborate closely with engineering, product management, design, and other internal teams to ensure project alignment and clear communication.
- Coordinate resources, manage timelines, and adjust project plans to meet changing priorities and client needs.
Client Interaction:
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients on technical project matters, providing regular updates on progress, risks, and technical solutions.
- Gather and document requirements and feedback from clients to ensure alignment with project objectives.
Quality Assurance & Delivery:
- Ensure that all deliverables meet quality standards and business requirements.
- Monitor project performance and report on progress, risks, and outcomes.
- Perform testing and validation of technical solutions when necessary.
Continuous Improvement:
- Drive continuous improvement in project management processes and methodologies.
- Stay current on industry trends, new technologies, and best practices to enhance the quality and efficiency of the team s work.
Qualifications:
Education:
- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field. PMP, Scrum Master, or Agile certifications are a plus.
Experience:
- Proven experience (5 years) as a Technical Project Manager or similar role, with a strong background in software development or technology-focused projects.
- Hands-on experience in software development, system architecture, or IT infrastructure.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies, project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello), and version control systems (e.g., Git).
