Job Description

We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Developer with experience in Cherwell to ServiceNow migrations to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing ServiceNow solutions to streamline IT service management processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications, including workflows, business rules, UI policies, and integrations.
• Lead Cherwell to ServiceNow migration efforts, including data mapping, transformation, and validation.
• Work with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for ITSM, ITOM, and other ServiceNow modules.
• Implement ServiceNow best practices to enhance system performance and scalability.
• Integrate ServiceNow with third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs, MID servers, and other integration mechanisms.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues within the ServiceNow platform.
• Provide ongoing support, maintenance, and enhancements to existing ServiceNow implementations.
  
  

Required Skills & Experience

• 3 years of experience in ServiceNow development (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, or SecOps).
• Strong expertise in Cherwell to ServiceNow migration projects, including data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL).
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Glide API, Business Rules, Script Includes).
• Experience with ServiceNow integrations (REST, SOAP, Web Services, LDAP, SCCM, and SSO).
• Familiarity with ServiceNow App Engine and custom application development.
• ITIL certification is a plus.
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) or Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) is preferred.
