Looking for an enthusiastic personality with great multitasking skills for our very busy Primary Care office.
Must require medical office experience.
We have 2 locations open 7 days a week so making a schedule is convenient
Responsibilities :
Answering phone calls and taking messages
Scheduling for multiple providers
Checking eligibility and preparing charts ahead of time
Maintaining faxes through our EHR system
Preparing the documents for appointments
Confirming appointments
Most have communication skills with pleasant attitude
