What are the responsibilities and job description for the Building Maintenance Technician position at R&T Staffing LLC?
Maintenance Duties and responsibilities:
- Perform preventative and routine maintenance tasks including but not limited to:
- Plumbing
- Electrical
- Carpentry
- Prioritize service requests (when applicable)
- HVAC certified (preferred)
- Ensure maintenance work areas remain organized
- Other duties assigned as needed by management
- Handles emergency service calls on a rotational basis (one week out of every 10)
Qualifications
- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
- Maintenance: 1 year (Preferred)
Experience:
- Maintenance: 1 year (Preferred)
