- Hunting down new business opportunities like a detective on a mission.
- Developing sales strategies that make competitors jealous.
- Hitting revenue goals like a pro (or exceeding them, because you’re that good).
- Being the face of R&T Staffing at networking events—yes, sometimes there will be free food.
- Logging your sales activity into our system (because if it’s not in the database, did it even happen?).
- Doing whatever it takes to help us grow (within legal and ethical limits, of course).
What We Need From You:
- 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management (staffing industry experience is a big plus).
- A track record of crushing sales goals like an overachiever.
- Top-notch communication, negotiation, and people skills.
- The ability to work solo and with a team—because we like team players, but we also like self-starters.
- Familiarity with CRM software (or at least a willingness to learn it and pretend you always knew how to use it).
