Customer Service Representative
Duties:
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Process parts orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain excellent customer satisfaction.
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge to provide accurate information to customers.
Skills:
- Mechanical knowledge a plus.
- Automotive Repair knowledge a plus.
- Auto service management: Knowledge of managing auto service operations, including scheduling appointments and coordinating repairs.
