Job Description
- Establishment of the Influencer Matrix: Develop strategies for establishing the influencer matrix within the region according to the company's business objectives and market positioning. Conduct in-depth analysis of influencer resources on different platforms, screen out influencers that match the brand image and promotion needs, and construct a multi-level and multi-field influencer cooperation matrix. Continuously optimize the influencer matrix to ensure that it can effectively contribute to brand promotion and business growth.
- Contact and Cooperation with New Influencers: Actively expand new influencer resources and establish contacts with potential influencers through various channels. Carry out business negotiations, introduce the company's advantages, cooperation models, and rights and interests to attract new influencers to join the cooperation. Be responsible for signing cooperation agreements with new influencers, following up on cooperation details, ensuring the smooth progress of cooperation, and achieving the expected promotion effect.
- On-the-ground Support for Marketing Activities: Provide comprehensive on-the-ground support for various marketing activities within the region. Collaborate with the marketing team to formulate activity execution plans and make localized adjustments to the plans according to regional characteristics. Be responsible for coordinating the activity venues, preparing supplies, organizing personnel, etc., to ensure that the activities proceed smoothly as planned. During the execution of the activities, handle unexpected problems in a timely manner to ensure the activity effect and brand image.
- Data Monitoring and Analysis: Monitor and analyze data related to influencer cooperation and marketing activities. Regularly collect and organize influencer promotion data and marketing activity feedback data, and evaluate the cooperation effect and activity influence. Based on the data analysis results, provide data support and decision-making basis for the optimization of the influencer matrix, the adjustment of new influencer cooperation strategies, and the improvement of marketing activities.
Job Requirements
- Industry Experience: Have more than 3 years of work experience in marketing, business development, or related fields. Those with experience in influencer operation and the influencer economy industry are preferred. Be familiar with the operation rules of new media platforms and understand the influencer cooperation models and market trends.
- Communication and Negotiation Skills: Have excellent communication skills and be able to communicate effectively with different types of influencers and partners. Possess excellent business negotiation skills and be able to strive for favorable conditions during cooperation negotiations and reach a cooperation consensus.
- Activity Execution Ability: Have strong activity planning and execution abilities and be able to independently complete the on-the-ground execution of marketing activities. Have good organizational and coordination abilities and adaptability, and be able to deal with various unexpected situations during the execution of activities.
