One of our favorite corporate clients is looking for an attorney with 3 - 5 years of experience to fill in as an in-house counsel to fill in for an attorney going on maternity leave. In this role, you would be reviewing commercial contracts, assisting with litigation, resolving issues with potential client conflicts, and giving legal advice to numerous departments in the company. You do NOT have to have prior in-house experience.
The office is in DC (Metro accessible) and the company is on a hybrid work schedule (in-office 3 days / week, remote 2 days / week.) This position is expected to start in January 2025 and continue for approximately 4 months. You must have a great personality and be comfortable working directly with the employees. Great legal team.
