The Shop Supervisor, under the direct supervision of the Operations Manager, will be responsible for providing systems, tools, and support to ensure a safe and successful shop and warehouse operation. The shop supervisor will lead by example, in a working position, focused on projects completion in the shop environment. Approximately 40% of the role is supervisory and 60% technician.
