Collaborate with internal stakeholders (e.g., legal, finance, sales) to ensure contract compliance.
Advise internal teams on contract-related matters.
Stay up-to-date on relevant laws and regulations related to contracts.
Manage contract renewals and terminations.
Assist in the development and implementation of contract management processes.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, or a related field preferred.
Proven experience 2 years as a Contract Specialist or in a similar role.
Strong understanding of contract law and principles.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Detail-oriented and highly organized.
