- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in employee experience, human resources, or related roles.
- Strong understanding of employee engagement strategies, performance management, and organizational development.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse group of stakeholders to achieve common goals.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with HRIS software is a plus.
- SHRM or HRCI certification is preferred.
