We are seeking a talented and experienced End User Support Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to end users within the organization. The candidate must reside in the United States and be authorized to work in the country.
Key Responsibilities :
Provide technical support to end users on hardware, software, and network-related issues.
Respond to and resolve help desk tickets in a timely and efficient manner.
Install, configure, and troubleshoot computer systems and peripherals.
Collaborate with IT teams to escalate and resolve complex technical issues.
Create and maintain documentation related to end user support procedures and solutions.
Assist in the testing and deployment of new technologies and software applications.
Train end users on proper use of technology resources and tools.
Qualifications :
Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in providing end user support in a corporate environment.
Strong knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other common business applications.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
Professional certifications such as CompTIA A or Microsoft Certified Professional are a plus.
This is a full-time position based in the United States. The successful candidate must be authorized to work in the country.
