Document network configurations, procedures, and best practices.
Stay current with industry trends and technologies to continuously improve network infrastructure.
Provide support to users and other IT teams on network-related issues.
Assist in the evaluation of new network technologies and services.
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Basic understanding of networking concepts, protocols, and technologies (e.g., TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, VLANs).
Knowledge of network devices, such as routers, switches, firewalls, and access points.
Experience with network monitoring and troubleshooting tools.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Certifications such as Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) or CompTIA Network are a plus.
