We are currently seeking a qualified and experienced IT Asset Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the lifecycle of IT assets within the organization ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures and optimizing asset utilization.
Key Responsibilities :
Identify track and manage all IT assets across the organization including hardware software and licenses
Develop and maintain asset management processes and procedures ensuring alignment with industry best practices
Perform regular audits to verify asset data accuracy and compliance with licensing agreements
Analyze asset data to identify costsaving opportunities and optimize asset utilization
Monitor and report on IT asset performance metrics to key stakeholders
Collaborate with IT and procurement teams to ensure proper planning and procurement of IT assets
Manage asset disposal and recycling processes in compliance with environmental regulations
Qualifications :
Bachelors degree in Information Technology Computer Science or related field
Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT asset management or related role
Strong knowledge of IT asset management tools and processes
Familiarity with software licensing agreements and compliance requirements
Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
