Logistics Manager

We are seeking a knowledgeable and experienced Logistics Manager to join our team. The Logistics Manager will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing our supply chain operations to ensure the timely delivery of products/services to our customers. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in logistics, supply chain management, and proven leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement logistics strategies to optimize supply chain efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
• Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and transportation partners to ensure timely delivery of products/services.
• Monitor inventory levels and analyze data to forecast demand and prevent stockouts.
• Oversee the tracking and tracing of shipments to ensure on-time delivery and adherence to customer requirements.
• Implement and maintain logistics-related KPIs to measure and improve operational performance.
• Lead and motivate a team of logistics personnel to achieve departmental goals and objectives.
• Investigate and resolve any logistical issues or customer complaints in a timely and effective manner.
• Stay current with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve logistics operations.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in logistics and supply chain management.
• Strong knowledge of transportation regulations, customs procedures, and inventory management.
• Proficient in using logistics software and tools for tracking and managing shipments.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Proven leadership experience in managing a team of logistics professionals.
