Key Responsibilities :

Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to integrate quantitative insights into business strategies and initiatives.
Provide expertise in quantitative research methodologies experimentation design and data visualization to support decisionmaking processes.
Present findings and recommendations to clients in a clear concise manner making complex data accessible to nontechnical stakeholders.
Stay current with industry trends and best practices in quantitative analysis to continuously improve methodologies and deliver innovative solutions.
Mentor junior team members and provide guidance on quantitative techniques and tools.
Qualifications :
Bachelors degree in Statistics Mathematics Economics Computer Science or related field. Masters or Ph.D. degree preferred.
Minimum of 35 years of experience in quantitative analysis statistical modeling and data analytics.
Proficiency in statistical software tools such as R Python SAS or SPSS.
Strong knowledge of machine learning algorithms data mining techniques and quantitative research methodologies.
Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to articulate complex quantitative concepts to diverse audiences.
Experience working in a clientfacing role preferably in a consulting environment.
Strong problemsolving skills and a strategic mindset to drive business impact through quantitative analysis.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team in a fastpaced environment.
