Key Responsibilities :
Design and implement quantitative research studies to address specific research questions and objectives.
Develop and maintain data collection tools and processes to ensure accurate and reliable data.
Analyze large datasets using statistical software to identify trends patterns and correlations.
Interpret research findings and translate complex data into clear and concise reports for internal and external stakeholders.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to support research projects and deliver insights that drive decisionmaking.
Stay current on industry trends methodologies and best practices in quantitative research to continuously improve research processes.
Present research findings through presentations reports and visualizations to communicate key findings effectively.
Qualifications :
Masters or Ph.D. in statistics data science economics psychology sociology or related field.
Proficiency in statistical analysis software such as R Python or SPSS.
Strong quantitative research skills with experience in survey design sampling methods and statistical modeling.
Excellent analytical and critical thinking abilities with a keen attention to detail.
Effective communication skills with the ability to present complex data in a clear and understandable manner.
Experience working in a research or analytical role preferably in a corporate or academic setting.
