Our Baton Rouge law firm, specializing in public defense, car wreck cases, and other legal matters, is seeking an experienced Legal Office Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure the firm runs efficiently. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing administrative tasks, staff coordination, and financial processes.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee office operations, including staff management and workflow coordination.
- Maintain client records, case files, and legal documentation.
- Assist with budgeting, invoicing, and financial reporting.
- Implement office policies and procedures to enhance efficiency.
- Manage attorney schedules, court deadlines, and client communications.
- Coordinate with vendors, court officials, and legal professionals.
- Ensure compliance with legal and ethical office standards.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as an office manager in a law firm or legal setting.
- Strong knowledge of legal procedures and administrative best practices.
- Excellent organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
