What You’ll Do:

• Lead, mentor, and coach a team of sales professionals to exceed sales goals and customer satisfaction.
• Drive sales leading a results-driven team focused on retail sales, prospecting, and community engagement.
• Manage daily store operations, including inventory and cash management, scheduling, and performance tracking.
• Stay up to date on the latest Verizon products, services, and technology for both consumers and businesses.
• Create a positive, high-energy team environment that promotes collaboration, accountability, and growth.
• Ensure a professional and welcoming store atmosphere that enhances the customer experience.

What You’ll Need:

• High school diploma or equivalent (college degree a plus).
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for commuting and training.
• Previous retail or hospitality management experience preferred.
