- Assist in the preparation of construction estimates and budgets.
- Review and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to guide project execution.
- Implement effective time management strategies to meet project deadlines.
- Utilize construction management software for tracking project milestones and documentation.
- Facilitate communication between team members and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
- Help create, reviews, and furnish submittals.
Experience
- Proven experience in construction project management or engineering roles.
- Proficiency in project scheduling software.
- Strong understanding of construction estimating techniques and practices.
- Familiarity with blueprint reading and interpretation of technical documents.
- Experience working on construction sites, ensuring adherence to safety protocols.
