R. Youngblood & Co. is in search of a Landscape Architect / Designer / CAD Operator to join our design team.

Known for our strong creatives, high level detail and precise project management, R. Youngblood & Co. orchestrates each project from the initial budget establishment, design studies and in depth project installation. Overseeing each element, our project build process ensures each project item is coordinated, communicated and managed to ensure the desired results and initial design visions are achieved.

The Position and Qualifications:

This position will assist our design team as a support role.

· Experience with 2D and 3D Design Software. (Lumion, Sketchup, Rhino are considered a strong asset)

· Proficiency in AutoCAD, Excel and Adobe Creative Suite (Acrobat, Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop).

· Ability to produce architectural renderings to enhance project presentations.

· Ability to produce detailed construction drawings.

· Ability to understand, communicate, and implement architectural details, proper proportions, scale and sense of space.

. Experience or interest to learn skills required for project estimating.

· Ability to plan ahead, anticipate and avoid potential problems, control outcomes and devise creative solutions to achieve project goals.

· Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow through on tasks.

· Ability to collaborate with a team.

· Strong communication skillset.

· Effective written and communication skills.
