Client is looking for a strong Power Platform Developer with D365 Business Central Experience or familiarity

Key Responsibilities
- Develop Custom Applications: Design, build, and maintain custom applications using Power Apps to extend the functionalities of Dynamics 365 Business Central. This includes creating new screens and user interfaces that interact with Business Central data.
- Automate Processes: Create and manage workflows using Power Automate to streamline business processes and improve efficiency. This involves setting up triggers and actions that integrate with Business Central and other systems.
- Data Analysis and Reporting: Utilize Power BI to develop insightful reports and dashboards that support data-driven decision-making across the organization. This includes data modeling, visualization, and creating interactive dashboards.
- Integration: Ensure seamless integration between Dynamics 365 Business Central and other business systems. This includes using APIs to read and write data, ensuring data integrity and security.
- Excel Support: Provide support for existing multi-user online Excel spreadsheets used today to manage key functions. This includes maintaining, troubleshooting, and optimizing these spreadsheets to ensure they meet business needs.
- Collaboration: Work closely with business analysts, developers, and external consultants to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. This involves participating in planning sessions and providing technical expertise.
- Training and Support: Provide training and support to end-users to maximize the adoption and effective use of Power Platform solutions and Excel spreadsheets. This includes creating documentation and conducting training sessions.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest D365 BC Power Platform features and best practices to continuously enhance our systems and processes. This involves researching new tools and techniques and implementing them as appropriate.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Experience:
- Proven experience with Power Platform tools:
- Power Apps: Experience in designing and developing custom applications, including canvas and model-driven apps. Ability to create new screens and user interfaces that interact with Business Central data.
- Power Automate: Proficiency in creating and managing automated workflows to optimize business processes. Experience in integrating workflows with Business Central and other systems.
- Power BI: Strong skills in developing interactive reports and dashboards, including data modeling and visualization. Ability to create comprehensive reports that pull data from Business Central and other sources.
- Experience with Dynamics 365 Business Central:
- In-depth knowledge of Business Central modules such as financial management, sales and marketing, supply chain management, manufacturing and warehouse management a plus.
- Experience in customizing and extending Business Central functionalities.
- Familiarity with integrating Business Central with other systems and applications using APIs.
- Experience with Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) is a plus but not required.
- Experience with multi-user online Excel spreadsheets:
- Proficiency in creating, maintaining, and troubleshooting complex Excel spreadsheets.
- Ability to optimize Excel spreadsheets for performance and usability.
- Skills:
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience with Python or familiarity with AL language a plus.

Salary : $90,000 - $130,000
