What are the responsibilities and job description for the Salesforce Business Analyst position at R2 Global?
We're looing for a Salesforce Business Analyst to join the team with strong experience with Salesforce platforms, enjoys solving complex business problems and can work seamlessly with technical and non-technical stakeholders across a variety of business units.
You will work closely with people across the Salesforce team, identify opportunities for improvement and system enhancement as well as developing dashboards and reports. This is a great opportunity to grow your skill set in a growth-environment with experienced heads around you.
Experience we're looking for:
- Experience as a Business Systems Analyst, with a focus on Salesforce solutions.
- Proficiency in Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and/or other Salesforce products.
- Familiarity with Salesforce configuration tools such as: Flows, Process Builder, and Lightning App Builder.
- Understanding of Salesforce data model, security settings, and integration patterns.
- Experience working with business stakeholders to gather and document requirements.
