What are the responsibilities and job description for the Shopify Administrator position at R2 Global?
We're a leading beauty company looking to hire someone with experience across Shopify, ERP, inventory planning, and Excel! This role is a brand-new hire within the company and has a clear growth plan from day 1.
Responsibilities:
Shopify Administration & ERP Management
- Manage and update Shopify product listings, including variations and collection pages
- Process customer orders, returns, and refunds with accuracy
- Update customer profiles and manage subscription requests
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure product pages are optimized
- Ensure all things are working nicely with our ERP system, AMT
Order & Inventory Management
- Track retail and wholesale purchase orders, ensuring all deadlines are met
- Communicate with distribution and manufacturing partners to coordinate shipments
- Maintain accurate inventory records and coordinate reorder requests
- Conduct quality control checks for new inventory arrivals
Qualifications & Skills:
- Experience with Shopify is a must
- Exceptional organizational skills and high attention to detail
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Proficiency with various ERP systems
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
