What are the responsibilities and job description for the Roadshow Coordinator position at R2CW, LLC?
We are looking for a team member who would work under the Corporate Access team working with the roadshow team on planning and executing roadshows, meetings, and events temporarily. This position interfaces with multiple constituencies within the firm, investors and our corporate clients while providing our equity clients with access to management teams through Non-Deal Roadshows, Field Trips and Investor Conferences and support of analyst marketing.
Other duties include
- Interfacing with Corporate managements on non-deal roadshow and conference related items from beginning to end
- Interacting with sector professionals including research, sales & trading and investment banking
- Utilizing our internal systems to arrange all client meeting schedules
- Providing onsite support at event (group meetings, conferences, etc)
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 2-4 years’ experience in corporate access
- A basic understanding of the Equity/FICC business
- Professionalism and comfort interfacing with senior management, both internally and with our corporate clients
- Proficiency with MS Office programs such as Excel, PowerPoint, Word and willingness to learn new systems and technologies
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task and work under pressure
- Ability to work independently but also contribute to the team based atmosphere
- Demonstrated ability to work in a time sensitive environment
- Quick learner with a pro-active approach
Preferred Qualifications:
- Demonstrated ability to make good business judgments quickly and pro-actively ask questions
- Strong written and interpersonal skills
- Experienced Corporate Access professional 2-4 years
Working knowledge of Bloomberg, Ipreo, Dealogic and MeetMax
Salary : $35 - $45
