R2J Chemical Services, Inc. is seeking a self-motivated person to join our team who will assist in the start-up of new applications, fulfill service plans and provide problem solving support to existing customers. The position will require you to provide regularly scheduled water treatment service, including but not limited to maintaining and calibration of water treatment equipment, delivering and applying water treatment chemicals, analyzing water samples and maintaining the efficiency of each customer's process water systems. You will interface with building managers and engineers to identify concerns, present solutions and maintain good customer relations. This is field service position that includes the area from Venice to Naples.

- Mechanical aptitude: Be able to learn to use, maintain, and understand building equipment and systems and water treatment systems.
- Must be able to access and be comfortable with working in a variety of conditions to include confined spaces, damp or dusty locations and hot conditions.
- Must be able to physically perform the essential duties of the position which include frequent lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds, twisting, bending, stooping, kneeling, crouching, reaching above shoulder level, using hands to finger, balancing, walking, standing, pushing, pulling, climbing stairs and ladders, talking and hearing
- Must be able to discern color and pass a test for color blindness
- Must be able to work at heights above 10 feet
- Must be able to pass a drug screen and physical exam
- Associate or Bachelor degree in a science field
- 3 years water treatment experience, especially a knowledge of boiler and cooling water treatment and systems
- A valid Florida Driver's License and acceptable Motor Vehicle Driving Record
- Mechanical aptitude
