- Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients functional abilities and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Provide hands-on therapy to improve mobility, coordination, and daily living skills.
- Educate patients and caregivers on adaptive techniques and equipment.
- Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure holistic patient care.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with regulatory and company standards.
- Ensure patient safety and adherence to prescribed therapy programs.
- Current and unrestricted California Occupational Therapy license.
- CPR/BLS certification.
- Familiarity with state healthcare regulations and compliance standards.
- Expertise in modern occupational therapy techniques and programs.
- Strong interpersonal skills to provide compassionate care for diverse patients.
- Proficiency in treatment assessment and plan development.
- At least 1 year of recent experience in institutional and home health care settings.
- Valid drivers license with an insured, reliable vehicle.
- Basic computer skills and experience with Electronic Medical Record software (Kinnser preferred).
