JamesAllen.com – a fast-growing diamond bridal jewelry ecommerce retailer – is looking for a Social Media Content Creator to join its dynamic marketing team.
In this role, you’ll be responsible for producing viral, high-quality content across social media platforms, posting that content to maximize engagement, and actively managing our social media accounts to ensure a consistent brand voice. You'll create short-form videos, engaging Instagram Stories, and other visual assets that resonate with our audience and drive traffic and interaction. This position will report to the Director of Social Media and Influencer Marketing.
Key Responsibilities :
- Content Creation & Strategy : Develop and execute creative ideas for Instagram Stories, short-form video content, and other social media content that aligns with our brand voice and marketing objectives.
- Scripting & Video Production : Write compelling scripts for videos and produce high-quality video content, including filming, editing, and final production.
- Video Editing : Edit videos using tools like Canva and CapCut, ensuring they are optimized for different social platforms and are engaging, attention-grabbing, and easy to consume.
- Content Posting : Post and schedule content across social media channels (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, etc.), ensuring consistency, timeliness, and alignment with marketing calendars.
- Social Media Management : Actively manage and monitor our social media accounts, ensuring a consistent brand voice and maintaining brand identity across all platforms.
- Content Optimization : Monitor trends and viral content to ensure your videos stay ahead of the curve, creating relevant content that resonates with the target audience.
- Engagement & Community Building : Help grow our social media presence by interacting with followers, responding to comments, and fostering community engagement.
- Analytics & Performance Tracking : Measure the effectiveness of the content by analyzing metrics like engagement rates, views, and follower growth, and adjust strategies accordingly.
- On-Camera Presence : Be comfortable in front of the camera, showcasing your ability to create authentic, engaging content. A polished and professional appearance is key—ensure your hands and manicure are well-groomed for video appearances.

Annual base pay : $63,000 - $70,000. Final pay rate shall be determined and is based on experience and qualifications.
