We’re hiring! Lumencor is looking for an Account Manager to join our team in Beaverton, OR.
This is a key role at the center of everything we do!
You’ll be the point of contact for our OEM clients, managing long-term relationships, forecasting, and partnering closely with Sales, Operations, and Manufacturing to keep projects moving and clients happy. It’s high-visibility, high-impact work that touches every part of the business.

What you’ll be doing:
- Manage key OEM accounts—building relationships, ensuring order accuracy, and tracking timelines
- Forecast and coordinate production with internal teams
- Use tools like Salesforce, FileMaker, and Excel to manage orders and communication
- Solve problems, streamline communication, and keep things moving
What we’re looking for:
- 2–5 years of experience in account management, customer success, or sales operations
- Experience supporting B2B/OEM clients, ideally in manufacturing, high-tech, or life sciences
- Strong working knowledge of Salesforce, FileMaker, or similar CRM/ERP tools
- Proven ability to manage forecasts, purchase orders, and cross-functional communication
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized, resourceful, and proactive—you’re the person who keeps things from slipping through the cracks

Salary : $62,000 - $110,000
