Job Overview
R3 Government Solutions (R3) provides human resources operations services, human capital consulting, and custom training to federal clients. This position is part of an R3 consulting team that supports the Department of Homeland Security, Federal Protective Service.
Responsibilities and Duties
· Provide position management and classification support to the agency under various personnel systems
· Provide technical advice to management in exercising their delegated classification authority
· Advise management on the position classification process and recruitment strategies and provide advice and assistance in classification appeal procedures
Qualifications
· Up to three years of experience, ideally in a law enforcement agency
· Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (Six years of relevant work experience or an Associate’s degree and four years of relevant work experience)
· Experience in position management, position classification and organizational design

Pay: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
