Salary : Job Summary :
The Program Manager will lead and manage the execution of the FDIC's Barrier Analysis initiative as part of the agencys Action Plan for a Safe, Fair, and Inclusive Work Environment. This role involves overseeing all aspects of the project, ensuring alignment with EEOC Management Directive 715, and delivering actionable insights to address workforce barriers. The Program Manager will act as the primary point of contact between the contractor team and FDIC leadership, ensuring high-quality deliverables and stakeholder satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and manage the overall project plan, including schedules, milestones, and deliverables, for the Barrier Analysis initiative.
- Oversee the collection, analysis, and reporting of workforce data to identify barriers in hiring, retention, and promotion, with a focus on diversity, equity, inclusion, and accessibility (DEIA).
- Ensure compliance with relevant federal guidelines, including EEOC MD-715, OPM, Title VII, and Affirmative Action mandates.
- Facilitate collaboration with FDIC stakeholders, including the Office of Minority and Women Inclusion and the Diversity and Inclusion Executive Advisory Council.
- Provide strategic recommendations and implementation plans for eliminating identified barriers and improving workforce representation.
- Prepare and deliver detailed reports, executive summaries, and presentations to FDIC leadership and advisory councils.
- Monitor project performance against established goals, addressing risks and ensuring quality outcomes.
