Salary : Job Summary

The Program / Project Manager is responsible for directing, managing, planning, and administering project activities. This role involves leading contingency planning, risk mitigation, and ensuring project objectives are delivered on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, plan, and schedule project development, communication, and maintenance.

Monitor progress to ensure business results are realized.

Communicate program performance to sponsors and the executive team.

Determine the impact of program changes and re-forecast value creation.

Identify internal improvement areas and develop implementation plans.

Comply with and enforce company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Education : BS / BA degree (preferably in a technical or business discipline).
• Certifications : PMP (Project Management Professional) certification preferred.
• Experience :

7 years in program / project management, including financial oversight.

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Project, Jira, and other project management tools.
