Job Summary :
The Project Manager will lead the execution of complex support service projects for the Office of Audit, Assessment, and Management (OAAM). This role requires strong project management skills, experience in federal grants management, and the ability to guide project teams in delivering timely and high-quality deliverables.
Key Responsibilities :
- Project Leadership : Manage the full project lifecycle, including planning, risk identification, mitigation, cost estimation, and monitoring to ensure successful completion of project milestones and objectives.
- Client Coordination : Serve as the primary point of contact between the client and the project team, managing daily communications with the OAAM Contracting Officers Representative (COR) to resolve issues, conflicts, or project-specific needs.
- Quality Assurance : Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and are submitted on time, coordinating with OAAM leadership to verify accuracy, timeliness, and quality.
- Resource Management : Oversee a team of senior personnel, directing daily tasks, maintaining an organized workflow, and adapting to changes in project priorities or scope as necessary.
- Federal Grants Knowledge : Utilize a strong understanding of federal grant-making policies and procedures to inform project decisions and maintain compliance.

Moderate Background Investigation (MBI) : Personnel assigned to work on the task order for OAAM must obtain and maintain an MBI clearance level, as required to access the Department of Justice (DOJ) Office of Justice Programs (OJP) systems.
Salary Range : $116,435 to $152,418.
