Job Description:
This position will support daily maintenance of the provider records within the Epic environment. It will encompass work queue resolution, daily task work within Service Now, and resolving customer support tickets for break/fixes. It is a team-oriented role and requires the individual to be extremely knowledgeable in handling Epic provider records along with addressing registration and scheduling matters as they arise.
The position will also encompass supporting EVS and transport system configurations as well as building and maintaining Epic Place of Service Records for billing or referral purposes.
Required Skills:-
- Epic Cadence, Grand Central Prelude, Referrals, and SER Experience
- ServiceNow Knowledge and Experience
- Strong Customer Service Skills
- Customer Focused
- Ability to work Independently (self-starter)
