Qualifications
- Desktop Computers and Troubleshooting skills
- Technical Support and Printer Support skills
- Experience in providing desk top support
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Minimum 10 years of Desktop Lead Experience.
- Ability to work effectively in a team
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A , Microsoft Certified Desktop Support Technician) are a plus
