Position Overview: We’re looking for a motivated and self-driven Sales Representative to join our team! In this commission-based role, you'll be responsible for driving new client acquisitions, generating sales leads, and fostering relationships with businesses and individuals who are seeking video production services.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and reach out to potential clients across various industries (corporate, events, weddings, etc.)
- Generate new business opportunities through cold calls, emails, and networking
- Present and sell our video production, photography, and live streaming services to prospective clients
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships by providing excellent customer service
- Collaborate with our creative team to ensure client needs are met from initial inquiry to final delivery
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client information
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales or business development
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and be highly self-motivated
- Comfortable working on a commission-based structure
- Must be organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple client accounts at once
