About the Role:
As a Dishware Attendant, you will be responsible for loading, running, and unloading the dish machine, monitoring water temperature to ensure sanitary wash cycles, and washing and storing all tableware and kitchenware. You will also maintain adequate levels of clean tableware for the dining room and kitchen, bag and haul dishroom trash to the dumpster, and handle tableware carefully to prevent breakage and loss.
Requirements:
We are looking for individuals with basic food preparation knowledge and previous experience in food preparation or a restaurant setting. A high school diploma or GED is preferred, but not required. Must be eligible to work in the United States.
