BS or MS Degree
Responsibilities:
Functional QE experience within CCS Domain such as Genesys’s call routing CTI custom softphone applications. Digital experience with Chat Chatbot Email SMS.
Knowledge of log verification tools such as Splunk Other Genesys tools such as GA/GAX Pulse. Rally / Agile central for Agile deliveries.
- Automation – Cyara/Selenium Jenkins Rest API Github Postman –
- Performance – Jmeter Jenkins Github Dynatrace Splunk Grafana
Required: Selenium; Jenkins; Cyara
Should be self-motivated, self-starter with clear communication skills who thrives working in a team environment
