Required Skills & Experience
8 years of Salesforce architecture experience with expertise in AI/ML and generative AI.
Strong knowledge of Salesforce Einstein AI, Einstein GPT, and AI Cloud.
Experience with NLP, predictive analytics, chatbots, and LLM models.
Proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), APIs, and data modeling.
Hands-on experience with AI/ML tools like OpenAI GPT models.
Deep understanding of AI ethics, governance, and responsible AI principles.
Salesforce Technical Architect, AI Associate, or Einstein AI Certifications preferred.
