Requirements:
• Availability to work 100% on Client’s site in Tallahassee, FL (required);
• Experience in SAP Customer Relationship Management (CRM),
Enterprise Central Component (ECC), and/or
Business Intelligence/Warehouse (BI/BW)
(3 years);
• Functional SAP experience;
• Experience with requirements, design, and testing;
• Experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) applications or object-oriented analysis and design;
• Experience with basic CRM architecture;
• Experience in requirements development, system design, and testing;
• Experience with basic document management;
• Experience with data resource management principles and techniques including data administration, data
modeling, entity-relationship modeling, data definition, and data dictionaries (preferred);
• Experience with data-oriented business rule administration (preferred);
• Experience with methods of data collection and analysis (preferred);
• Experience with SAP Middleware with regards of data flow from on SAP component to another (preferred);
• Experience with data integrity, data base construction, data management and data analysis and data
cleansing principles and practices (preferred);
• Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint (preferred);
• Experience in the functional and business process areas of Child Support (preferred);
• Experience with CAMS (preferred);
• Experience with MicroFocus Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) (preferred);
• Experience with SAP S4 (preferred);
• Experience with Migration to S4 (preferred);
• Project Management Professional certification issued from the Project Management Institute (preferred);
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems (MIS), or other related field OR
possess equivalent work experience of one (1) year system’s experience for each year of education; or one (1)
year of data management experience for each year of education.
Responsibilities
include but are not limited to the following:
• Configure in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Enterprise Central Component (ECC) and
Business Intelligence (BI) modules;
• Design and test internet websites, including secure access by external customers;
• Perform analysis by researching within the SAP applications and Advanced Business Application
Programming (ABAP) code;
• Translate business requirements into specific process improvements along with any/all measurable benefits;
• Conduct gap analysis and strategic blueprint development;
• Analyze business problems from both a qualitative and quantitative perspective;
• Troubleshoot problems within the application and do root cause analysis to implement fixes;
• Analyze software application performance and to provide recommendation for improvement;
• Review SAP software upgrades and related documentation and provide impact analysis for the implemented
processes;
• Support implementation of On-line Service System (OSS) notes;
• Provide ad-hoc requests for data;
• Perform development testing on related tasks associated with data migration and cleansing.
