Onsite since periodic visits to the buildings needed.
Complete tasks to help County VoIP engineers migrate County Agencies from Cisco UC/UCCE version 10.5 to version 12.5
Specific Tasks:
1. Config and create cutsheets with relevant info on an agency’s VoIP phones in preparation for successful agency cut-overs.
2. Provide post-cutover support to agencies.
Contract Term: 6 months
Requesting Department: TSS
Training and Experience:
Sufficient education, training, and experience to demonstrate the possession and direct application of the following knowledge and abilities.
Required Skills & Abilities:
• Working knowledge of Cisco VoIP Unified Communications/Unified Contact Center Enterprise technology.
Experience Requirements:
• Hands-on experience on all aspects of Cisco VoIP technology & its implementation e.g. CUCM, Unity VM system, Paging etc. etc.
• 5 years experience
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field.
On-Site Requirements:
Periodic walk-through of new buildings to facilitate network, infrastructure, end-point requirements and deployments.
