This position supports the GIS Unit’s enterprise database development and administration efforts directly as a database analyst. This position will be engaged in work related to geodatabase administration tasks, coordination of change activities as required, quality control and assurance efforts, process automation, system administration, and system design modeling and documentation. This position will be involved in work related to process automation and workflow development utilizing various scripting languages and ETL platforms.
Additional responsibilities in the areas of product development and maintenance, customer support, tool development and maintenance, project teamwork, small task management, new technology research and development, and applying technical knowledge and experience to Unit level problem solving.
