Job Description:
Responsibilities:
- Design and implement scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions on the AWS platform.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver cloud-based solutions.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams throughout the project lifecycle.
- Conduct architectural reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and standards.
- Develop and maintain architectural documentation, including diagrams, design patterns, and guidelines.
- Evaluate and recommend new cloud services and technologies to improve existing solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to cloud infrastructure and applications.
- Mentor and train junior architects and engineers on AWS best practices and technologies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 12 years of experience in designing and implementing cloud solutions, with a focus on AWS.
- AWS Certified Solutions Architect Professional certification is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of AWS services, including EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, VPC, IAM, CloudFormation, and more.
- Experience with infrastructure as code (IaC) tools such as Terraform or AWS CloudFormation.
- Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
- Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools, including CI/CD pipelines.
- Familiarity with security best practices and compliance frameworks (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA).
- Experience with monitoring and logging tools such as CloudWatch, ELK stack, or Prometheus.
