Key Responsibilities:-

<>Business & System Analysis:-

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document functional and non-functional requirements.
• Translate business needs into technical specifications for development teams.
• Evaluate existing systems and propose enhancements to improve efficiency and scalability.

<>Process Improvement & Documentation:-

• Conduct gap analysis to identify areas for process improvement.
• Create process flow diagrams, user stories, use cases, and other documentation to support system development.
• Develop and maintain business requirement documents (BRD), functional requirement documents (FRD), and system requirement specifications (SRS).

<>Collaboration & Communication:-

• Work closely with IT, developers, QA, and project managers to ensure seamless implementation of system changes.
• Act as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders.
• Facilitate meetings, workshops, and presentations to communicate system changes and enhancements.

<>Testing & Implementation:-

• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by defining test cases and validating system functionality.
• Assist in system deployment, training, and post-implementation support.

Qualifications & Skills:-

• Education: Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Experience: 9 years of experience as a Business System Analyst or related role.
• Technical Skills:
  • Experience with business analysis tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, Visio, Power BI).
  • Knowledge of databases (SQL), APIs, and system integrations is a plus.
  • Familiarity with ERP, CRM, or other enterprise applications.
• Soft Skills:
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and within a team.

Preferred Qualifications :-

• Experience in [Industry-Specific Knowledge, e.g., Banking, Healthcare, Retail, etc.].
• Certifications such as CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional) or PMI-PBA.
• Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
