Job Title: DevOps Engineer
W2 only
Job Description:
- Client works on most diverse and fastest growing cloud provider i.e. Microsoft Azure.
- Possess technical expertise around container ecosystem i.e. Docker, Kubernetes and Helm. Podman/Buildah is a plus.
- Good understanding of provisioning/maintaining a CI platform, e.g. Gitlab, Jenkins.
- Excellent understanding of application build tools: npm / maven / gradle / MSbuild to create most efficient and fast build pipelines
- Expert level proficiency in one or more of the DevOps open source scripting languages: Python, Shell Scripting to automate things at its best.
- Good understanding of the Code Quality tools such as SonarQube, Fortify, Checkmarx to integrate it with pipelines and increase code quality.
- Understanding and hand on with Service mesh like Istio, OSM, Linkerd is a plus.
- Creating scalable infrastructure using ARM templates or Terraform.
- Demonstrable experience of infrastructure knowledge e.g. Operating Systems, VMs, Proxy, Networking (TCP/IP), Storage
- Demonstrable experience in deploying enterprise applications which uses Java, Spring, Maven, Oracle PL/SQL would be an advantage
