Role: Salesforce Developer/Administrator
Location: Austin ,TX or Remote
Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Developer/Administrator to design, develop, and manage our Salesforce platform. The ideal candidate will have experience in Salesforce configuration, customization, and integration with third-party applications. You will work closely with business teams to optimize workflows, enhance automation, and drive business efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Configure and customize Salesforce objects, fields, workflows, reports, dashboards, and automations (Flows, Process Builder, Apex, etc.).
- Develop and maintain integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
- Implement security best practices, including role hierarchies, profiles, and permission sets.
- Optimize existing Salesforce solutions to improve user experience and system performance.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, ensuring minimal downtime.
- Stay updated with Salesforce releases and recommend best practices for enhancements.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and SOQL.
- Strong understanding of Flow Builder, Validation Rules, and Process Automation.
- Experience with Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware (Mulesoft, Boomi, etc.), or ETL tools.
- Familiarity with Salesforce security model and user management best practices.
- Good knowledge of data migration using Data Loader, Workbench, or other tools.
- Salesforce certifications (e.g., Admin, Platform Developer I) are a plus.
Nice to Have:
- Experience with CI/CD tools for Salesforce (e.g., Gearset, Copado, Jenkins).
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
- Familiarity with Tableau CRM, Marketing Cloud, or CPQ is an advantage.
Education:
- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).
