Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced SAP FICO Consultant with 5 years of experience in SAP Finance (FI) and Controlling (CO) modules. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in SAP configuration, implementation, and integration with third-party applications. You will play a key role in designing, configuring, and supporting SAP FICO solutions to streamline financial operations and improve business processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, configure, and implement SAP FICO solutions based on business requirements.
- Work on full-cycle SAP FI module implementations, including GL, AR, AP, Asset Accounting, and Cost Center Accounting.
- Gather business requirements, create detailed functional specifications, and ensure SAP solutions meet business needs.
- Integrate SAP FICO with third-party applications for Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes.
- Handle payment setups, card settlements, profitability analysis (COPA), and revenue management.
- Work on Electronic Bank Statement (EBS) processing and Treasury functions.
- Support Record-to-Report (R2R) processes, including assets and intercompany transactions.
- Perform data migrations, testing, and user training for SAP FICO solutions.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and financial regulations.
- Provide post-go-live support, troubleshoot issues, and recommend process improvements.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- 12 years of hands-on experience in SAP FICO/FI-CA implementation and support.
- Strong knowledge of SAP FI modules such as General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Asset Accounting (AA), and Bank Accounting.
- Experience with SAP Controlling (CO) modules such as Cost Center Accounting (CCA), Internal Orders, and Profitability Analysis (COPA).
- Good understanding of accounting concepts, financial reporting, and integration with other SAP modules (MM, SD, Treasury).
- Experience in P2P and O2C processes and their integration with SAP.
- Knowledge of Control-M, SAP Z/OS, and IBM DB2 is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot SAP issues.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including presentations and stakeholder management.
- Experience in SAP S/4HANA Finance.
- Knowledge of Special Purpose Ledger (SPL) and data integration with SAP.
- Exposure to SAP Treasury, Cash Management, and Risk Management.
- Familiarity with SAP FICA and Revenue Management.
