Job Description:
We are seeking a Senior ServiceNow Developer with 10 years of experience to design, develop, and implement advanced ServiceNow solutions. This role demands deep technical expertise, leadership, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful results on the ServiceNow platform.
Key Responsibilities:
- ServiceNow Development: Develop and configure ServiceNow modules like ITSM, ITOM, ITBM. Customize and build complex workflows, business rules, client scripts, and UI actions.
- Solution Design & Integration: Lead the architecture and design of ServiceNow solutions; integrate ServiceNow with external systems using REST, SOAP, and MID Server.
- Performance Optimization: Troubleshoot and optimize platform performance to ensure reliability and scalability.
- Leadership: Mentor junior developers, lead teams, and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver solutions that meet business needs.
- Testing & Deployment: Conduct unit and integration testing, oversee deployments, and ensure seamless transitions to production.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
- 10 years of ServiceNow development and configuration experience.
- Expertise in ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, and other modules.
- Strong experience with ServiceNow scripting (Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Actions).
- Proficiency in integration technologies (REST, SOAP, MID Server, Web Services).
- Solid understanding of JavaScript, AngularJS, HTML, CSS, and GlideScript.
- Experience with SQL and GlideRecord queries for database management.
- Strong problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.
- Certifications: ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and/or Application Developer (CAD) are a plus.
